"Why would you burn it though"
I have been very lucky and fortunate to be able to visit multiple areas and different countries during my time here. Spain it itself has so many different traditions, festivals and celebrations to engage in, that it is almost impossible to come here and not learn something new. From the variations in the language to the autonomous communities and their special traditions.
The food, language and norms become so intertwined that I find myself doing or saying colloquial phrases and I just catch myself and think of how far I've come.
Without even leaving the country I can and have met people from all over the world. It is so evident how Erasmus impacts and broadens anyone who partakes in it. I was beyond apprehensive to do this in the first place and now that it is almost over I can't help but encourage anyone who asks me about it to do. Just do it! You just don't get the chance to meet such a range of people in such a short time and for that I remain thankful to myself for having the guts to do it and anyone and everyone who created the opportunity in the first place.
