"What are you doing?"
" Im vlogging"
Branching on for my need to explore and document almost everything. A trip to visit the Malasaña market was definitely necessary. Along with the gang, we took a trip to Tribunal (I have up to this point taken a pic of all the stations I have been to and intend to keep on doing so...just for reference) Definitely an impromptu outing but once we realised it was only in town for a bit me made sure to attend.
The market wasn't what we expected it to be at all. Given the nature of the market; small businesses, artists and small vendors selling their stuff, we assumed it would be outdoors and in the open. Like a little Sunday market. What we did find was a market within a market pass the fish, pass the goat head and the cow mouths, yes mouths; and there was the market. For someone such as myself, it was like paradise. Trinkets and little souvenirs all over the place. There were honestly some really cool and innovative designs all around the place. Some of the people there were artist who would even further customise and piece you bought off them. I opted for a leather and silver plated bracelet with the words 'carpe diem' on it. Of course I vlogged it was so much fun and the locals were really really friendly. It was interesting to see how all the vendors were supportive of one another, no competition just positive vibes from everyone. Later on we decided to go on a night out to discover the area further, Madrid has so much to offer, it's hard to keep track at times.
